Flickr Exercise

Flickr, as it turns out, is a great website for sharing photos and placing them on display for the whole interweb to see. However, it's not so good for sharing high resolution photos, at least if you're using a free account. So, pictures whose merits are in their fine details lose their luster when being shared on Flickr. For example, the fine, rippled surface of a lake with a calm wave might seem completely placid. The grill marks on a masterfully prepared hamburger patty are more difficult to appreciate. And the rough, pebbled skin of a tyrannosaur will seem plain and dull on pictures uploaded to Flickr.

There are plenty of neat photos to found, like this one.

Test post. I already know most of this, but this is a fun new way to refamiliarize myself with the wonders of present-day technology.
